This face mask recipe takes full advantage of the king of autumn produce. It’s refreshing and tingles juuust the tiniest bit when you first apply it, and leaves your complexion fresh and glowing. The concoction smells pretty darn good, too, and it’s entirely edible, so you know it’s good for your skin (not that I sampled a fingerful or anything).
Materials
1/4 cup organic pumpkin guts (seperated from the seeds)
1/4 cup organic oats
2 tsp raw organic honey
Instructions
In a food processor, grind oats until they turn into a powder.
Combine pumpkin and oat powder. Stir until combined.
Add raw honey and stir to make a paste. If too thick, add more honey or a few drops of water.

Leave on 5-10 minutes.
Wipe off with warm, damp washcloth.
